Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. orange juice
    green onions
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    cashews
    flour (for coating)
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Skin breasts and cut meat off bones. Cut in large bite size pieces.
    Mix orange juice and milk together. Dip chicken pieces, then coat generously with flour. Cook in oil about 2-inches deep. Chop green onions.
    Put chicken in bowl.
    Cover with cashews and onions. Pour on gravy.
