Grilled Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplants
    2 Walla Walla onions, peeled
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    coarse sea salt
Preparation
    Preheat grill.
    Combine olive oil and garlic in a bowl.
    Cut onions and eggplant into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Brush with garlic oil mixture.
    Grill for about 4 minutes on each side.
    Baste with remaining garlic oil.
    Season with sea salt.
