English Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, in rings
6 medium potatoes, diced
1 pkg. Polish sausage, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large saucepan layer cabbage (chopped), potatoes (diced), onion (rings) and cut sausage.
Add small amount of water.
Place on stove top.
Steam or boil until vegetables are tender.
Serve with corn bread.
Makes a nice meal for cold days.
