Pineapple, Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. shredded American cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth.
    Gently stir in pineapple, green peppers, green onions and seasonings.
    Add American cheese (optional).
    Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
    Roll cheese in nuts.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 12 to 14 servings.
