Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, with electric mixer. Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Sprinkle marshmallows on top shortly before removing dish from oven.
