Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. mashed bananas
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together by hand.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in greased/floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Cake will crack slightly on top.
    Cool in pan 1 hour before removing.
    Use cream cheese frosting or serve plain.
