Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. soft shortening or oil
2 2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs; add to pumpkin, then all liquids.
Mix dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
