Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oatmeal. Set aside. Mix together brown sugar, Wesson oil, flour, salt, white sugar, whole eggs and soda. Mix all together and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
