Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean hamburger
2 qt. cold water
1 small onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomatoes
Preparation

Brown hamburger in skillet.
Drain off any grease.
Place hamburger in soup kettle.
Add water.
Bring to a boil.
Boil on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring back to boil on medium heat.
Cook for 30 minutes on low.
