Wild Rice Salad With Basil And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked wild rice
    3 to 4 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
    3 to 4 green onions, finely chopped with some tops
    3 to 4 medium to large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    3/4 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
    lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Serve on lettuce leaves with tomato wedge garnish.
