Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    20 slices white bread
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. raisins (15 oz.)
    1 gal. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add margarine.
    Mix sugar, salt and vanilla with beaten eggs.
    Add broken pieces of bread to egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add milk and raisins and mix well.
    Pour into large baking pan.
    Set in pan of water.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 35 to 40 servings.
