Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soft shortening or margarine
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, shortening and eggs.
    Add sour cream and bananas. Stir in dry ingredients.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and let stand 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until it tests done.
    Makes 1 loaf.
