Fried Vidalia Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Bisquick
    milk
    egg
    oil
    2 Vidalia onions, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    Follow directions for waffles on the Bisquick package.
    Coat onion rings with batter, several at a time.
    Drop into hot oil (about 375\u00b0) and cook 2 to 3 minutes, turning, if necessary, to brown evenly.
    Drain on paper towels and salt to taste while still hot.
    Serves 3 or 4.
