Ed'S Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef
3 lb. pork
3 lb. chicken
3 medium onions
3 large cans cream-style corn
3 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 lb. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
hot pepper if desired
Preparation

Boil meat together until tender.
Cool and remove meat from bones.
Save meat broth.
Grind meat with onions using coarse blade on food chopper.
Add corn, tomatoes, butter and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer mixture 3 to 4 hours.
Gradually add meat stock after having skimmed off fat.
Serves 30 people.
This freezes well.
