Ingredients

6 medium sized beets or canned beets, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix
sugar and cornstarch.
Add vinegar.
Cook over low heat for
5
minutes.
Add
butter and stir.
Pour sauce over beets. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes to absorb sweet/sour flavor of the sauce.
