Scalloped Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 c. minced clams
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Combine onion, clams, parsley, salt and Tabasco.
Mix crumbs with butter.
Set aside 1/3 of crumb mix.
Combine remaining crumbs with clam mix.
Put in buttered baking dish.
Top with crumbs. Pour on heavy cream.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
