Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
3 c. sweet corn, drained
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili powder
3 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
Divide meat mixture, chips and cheese into half layer in 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired.
