Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
5 slices bread, broken in pieces
1 c. milk
1 c. cheese (plus)
4 to 5 eggs
Preparation

Fry sausage until done.
Drain well.
Beat eggs.
Add eggs, milk, cheese and bread (which has been broken into pieces) with sausage and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
If you use glass dish, bake at 325\u00b0.
Also sprinkle more cheese on top of mixture.
