Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (medium or large can) kraut, well drained
1/2 can diced celery (kraut can)
1 small sweet pepper, diced
1 large can pimentos, drained
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 small hot pepper, diced
Preparation

Heat salad oil and sugar to boiling point; pour over the above and chill in refrigerator.
Keeps well for days if kept cold.
