Pineapple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. Karo light corn syrup
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    In dish mix pepper, salt and flour.
    Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
    With meat mallet, pound chops on both sides.
