Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 large diced celery sticks
    2 medium diced onions
    3 cans of 5 lb. chopped red tomatoes*
    5 or 6 red or green chili peppers (hot)
    2 red or green small sweet peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    ground red pepper
Preparation
    *If you use fresh tomatoes, clean as for canning.
