Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. medium or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Kraft Monterey Jack cheese (with peppers), grated
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. each soy sauce and Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften cream cheese; add grated cheeses.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients (except pecans) and form into ball or log. Roll in pecans and refrigerate.
