Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic buds, minced
2 small cans tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
6 lasagna noodles
Preparation
-
Brown meat, onion and garlic.
Add tomato sauce, paste, basil and salt.
Spread half on cooked noodles.
Mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.
Spread on top of meat mixture.
