Ingredients

4 1/2 c. canned fresh strawberries
1 box powdered fruit pectin
5 c. sugar
Preparation

In a 3-quart casserole, place berries and pectin.
Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 8 to 10 minutes until mixture is at full rolling boil.
Add sugar to boiling berries and stir well.
