Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/3 c. minced pimento
    stuffed olives
    salt and pepper
    6 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Shape beef into 12 thin patties.
    In small bowl, combine mustard and olives.
    Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in center of each of 6 patties.
    Top with remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.
    Place patties on greased rack in broiler pan.
    Broil 8 minutes or until done.
    Toast buns.
    Serve burgers in buns.
    Makes 6 servings.
