Bay-Lans Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    2 (14.5 oz.) cans chicken broth
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. half and half milk
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 c. green onions
    seasoning to taste (Tony's seasoning)
Preparation
    In large pot, cook the potatoes, celery and carrots in the chicken broth until tender.
    Mash the vegetables with a fork coarsely.
    Add the processed cheese and stir over medium heat until melted.
    Add the milk and stir again.
    Do not let the mixture boil.
    Add seasoning, parsley and green onions; cook on low heat 20 minutes.
