Hawaiian 24 Hour Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
2 lemons
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
6 slices pineapple, diced
2 c. cherries
1 c. shredded almonds
1/4 lb. green grapes (fresh if possible, if not canned)
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, juice of lemons, sugar, cream and salt in double boiler and cook until custardy.
Stir constantly.
Chill, then add whipped cream, pineapple, cherries, almonds and green grapes.
Chill for 24 hours and garnish with whipped cream and grated coconut.
