Julie'S Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. scalded milk
6 eggs
8 to 10 Tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat eggs, add to milk slowly.
Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This does not need to be put in a pan of water.
