Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat on stove.
    Mix well.
    Bring to boil and serve with or without marshmallows.
