Sausage And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hot sausage
    2 lb. mild sausage
    3 to 4 large onions
    3 sticks celery
    3 large green peppers
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    brown sugar to tate
    dash of oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook and cool sausage.
    Slice when cold.
    Slice onions, green peppers and celery thin.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Put in a crock-pot and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until celery and onions are done.
    Serve on hard rolls.
