Chinese Noodle-Link Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Chinese noodles
    2 lb. link sausage
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. chopped celery (fine)
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    grated cheese for top
Preparation
    Cook
    noodles
    and drain.
    Fry sausage in small pieces. Leave about 3 tablespoons fat in pan. Fry onion slightly.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Place
    in
    2\tquart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
