Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. white sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Add egg yolks and milk, slowly beating it until batter is smooth.
Add melted butter and stiffly beaten egg whites.
