Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat oil and eggs together.
Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Blend in flour and cinnamon.
Add apples and nuts and mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
