Quick Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) jar hot or medium spicy thick and chunky salsa
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation

Brown meat over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, stirring to break up chunks.
Drain off fat.
Stir in salsa and beans.
Bring to a simmer; cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often, until flavors are blended.
Makes 3 cups.
