St. Patrick'S Day Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. corned beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 (15 oz.) can beef broth
    2 potatoes, quartered
    3 carrots, cut into 2-inch chunks
    2 onions, quartered
    1 cabbage, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine beef, garlic, bay leaf and broth.
    Cover and cook in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove cover and add vegetables. Cover again and continue cooking, approximately 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
