Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Italian sausage
    2 (2.5 oz.) cans chopped olives
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese (optional)
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 jar Prego with mushrooms
    1 large box manicotti shells
Preparation
    Brown Italian sausage; drain.
    In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
    Boil manicotti shells for 8 minutes; drain.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam.
    Cover bottom with Prego (1/2 jar).
    Stuff shells with mixture and place in dish.
    Cover the stuffed shells with the remaining Prego.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Put remaining mixture over the top and bake for another 10 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes; serve.
