Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in salted water 5 minutes, drain. Combine soup and sour cream.
    Shred raw carrots and stir in.
    Fold in zucchini and onion.
    Combine stuffing and margarine.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing in 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon mixture on top then rest of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
