Ethel'S Gooseberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
butter
2 c. gooseberries
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Line 9-inch square pan with pie crust.
Mix together flour and sugar.
Spread half of the mixture over the pie crust in the pan. Dot with butter.
Add gooseberries and water.
Sprinkle remaining flour and sugar mixture over the berries; dot with butter again. Cover with top crust.
Sprinkle a little sugar on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
