Chocoholic'S Petite Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. hot milk or half and half
    whipped cream (topping)
Preparation
    Place eggs, chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla and salt in blender.
    Heat milk just to simmer and add to ingredients in blender. Whirl on low for 1 full minute.
    Pour into demitasse cups.
    Chill until firm for 3 hours or more.
    Serve with a dollop of whipped cream. Can be frozen. Can add walnuts.
    Can be made with Bailey's Irish cream in lieu of milk.
