Ingredients

1 pkg. bulk sausage (3/4 lb.)
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, chopped
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 oz. fettucine, cooked
Preparation

Brown sausage; add onion, pepper and mushrooms and saute until tender.
Add tomatoes and green chilies.
Simmer 10 minutes or until meat is completely cooked.
Serve over fettucine.
Serves 4 to 6.
