Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Cut thin slice from top.
    Scoop out insides. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup cheese and paprika to the potatoes.
    Mash.
    Spoon into shells.
    Top with cheese and paprika.
    Heat until cheese melts.
