Mother'S Shipwreck Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. canola oil
3/4 c. sliced onion
3 c. diced potatoes
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
2 c. canned kidney beans
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Coat casserole dish with canola oil or spray with Pam. Arrange ingredients in order in casserole.
Mix salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and water together and pour over.
Cover with foil or lid.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Check middle for doneness.
