Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. veal or beef, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    4 cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
    flour (for dredging)
Preparation
    Pound meat and dredge in flour. Brown in oil. After meat has all browned, place onion, mushrooms, garlic and parsley in skillet and cook until onion is transparent, about 10 minutes.
    Place in pot over meat. Add tomato sauce and wine. Cook over low heat for about 2 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add peas and continue cooking.
