Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. peaches
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    pastry crust for 2 crust pies
Preparation
    Mix the peaches, tapioca, cornstarch, nutmeg, white and brown sugars, lemon juice and margarine.
    Pour in crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
