Easy Cheesy Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lightly beaten egg or 2 egg whites
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 lb. ground turkey
    salt or garlic salt to taste
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 c. shredded extra sharp American or Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except catsup.
    Mix lightly and place in a nonstick loaf pan.
    Spread top with catsup.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings; 221 calories per serving.
