Arlene'S Apple Crumble Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    5 oz. plain flour
    4 to 6 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 ounce flour.
    Squeeze lemon juice over apples.
    Toss apples with sugar mixture.
    Put in baking dish.
    Mix butter, rest of flour and cinnamon.
    Add rind and rest of sugar; sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
