Company Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. potato flakes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Bring 4 cups water to boil.
    Add salt, potato flakes, sour cream and cream cheese to water.
    Mix with mixer until well blended.
    Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put potatoes into dish and top with dots of oleo.
    Sprinkle parsley flakes over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until slightly browned.
