Beer Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. beer
2 c. buttermilk baking mix

Preparation

Mix until moistened, but no more.
Do not beat.
Pour into 8 or 12 greased muffin tins or cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
