Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1 c. dark molasses
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and blend in ginger, cinnamon and salt. Add egg and beat. Blend in molasses and milk. Stir together baking soda and flour. Combine all ingredients.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0 in an 8 x 10-inch greased baking pan.
