Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. Blue cheese
3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 oz. cider vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Break the cheese into nuggets.
Fold in the mayonnaise. Dissolve the dry ingredients in the vinegar.
Add the oil to the mayonnaise while beating.
Whip in the vinegar and cold water. Mix well.
